Orange you glad I didn't say banana?

Okay, I haven't talked about this much on here but I'm addicted to tanning. When I moved the first thing I did was find another tanning place to go to, it had been two weeks since I tanned and I was starting to feel pale.

The tanning spa here rocks! It is so much cheaper and you get soooooo much more with your membership. Anyway, here I get unlimited spray tanning as well as the beds that, I know, really aren't that good for you (and by that I mean not good at all).

So, yesterday I decided to try a spray tan, if I alternate between the beds and spray tanning it would lessen my exposure to UV which is always a plus, right? The only thing with spray tanning is it's a totally different kind of tan. I don't know if I'm being overly sensitive but do I look a little orange to you?

I probably should have put on a white shirt for this picture instead of hot pink, it would have been a little easier to tell. Luis said my hair color clashes with my skin now, if I dye it green maybe Willy Wonka will hire me?

I will fess up and admit that, having had so many family members suffer from skin cancer, and thus being she of the ghostly white pallor, my first reaction was STOP IT! But I won't fuss you - you're a big girl. :)

So, now that you know that I come from that background, here's my 2 cents: while it doesn't quite look like a natural tan, I think it looks fine.

Gin, it was a big deal for me to even start tanning. My husband had stage 3 melanoma, that is serious shit, but it's my one vice.
And, surprisingly, I burn a lot less now because when I go out in the sun I don't want tan lines so I always wear SPF 60+ like the kids. LOL

I've never went to the tanning bed or spray tanned, but I LOVE to lay out. (I know it's soooo bad!). I love the spray tan look - healthy but not fake. I think any hint of orange in the photo is from your shirt. You look great!

I kinda with the others, the pink shirt is distracting, but first look, the tan doesn't look 'wrong' like a lot of spray ones do.

I don't think that you look like an oompa loompa. You're foxxxy!

I can't say spray tanning is my thing, but I don't think you qualify as oompa loompa!!

Also, I got burned once on a trip to Mexico, and I was miserable. Now I am terrified of getting burned. I wear more sunscreen than anyone I know! I never have a tan anymore...

You do look orange because the spray tan shit turns you orange! I did that for a wedding and just wait until it starts fading and turning your sheets orange.

It is probably chocked full of chemicals and will give us cancer.

Don't do that anymore.

P.S. I think you look smoking hot though. Even though you are orange. :)
