I have a whole boat load of things to do before my surgery Monday and I'm worried that I won't be able to get them all done.
I have to get the puppy to the vet for her next round of shots, I have to finish Nicholas' shepherd costume for the Christmas play at school, I have to get the Dish Network people out here to fix the dish in the kid's room, I have my pre-op appointment with my doctor, I have to take 2 tests for my history class, and I have to go to the hospital for 2 more blood tests on Sunday.
I can't believe that I'm having surgery in 5 days, I've never had any kind of surgery before, the closest thing was yesterday when they shoved a camera down my throat to look at my stomach. I'm really anxious, I just want to get it over with and start healing.

You can do this! The surgery will go great and you'll be up and about in no time.
warm positive thoughts going out to you. hang tough and don't let the negatives come in to play!
Allie! You are back! I was worried about you.
I'm so glad that you are going to be able to have this surgery. Take some before shots because you are going to be so super skinny after this. My cousin (who was over 300 pounds her whole life no matter what she ate) had the lap band done and lost 150 pounds.
Good luck!

one step at a time. one project at a time... and you WILL get them all done... I know you. you will. :)
i'm sure you will be better than you are expecting after surgery. you are a kick butt and take names kind of girl. you will heal fast and be back on your feet in no time. :)
i've never had surgery and i'm a complete weany about it... i was so upset thinking i might need a c-section with the girls i wanted to go home from the hospital before having them. :P
you'll be fine. :)

First. Seriously? Need I say more?
Second, that is how I felt the last time I had surgery. I went in on a Wednesday, and they decided to operate on Friday. I had TWO days to get everything done that needed to be done for the next week or so. I thought I would never get it all done! It was frustrating.
Too bad you moved so damn far away, I would help you with that costume making or something. You know, after I finish the SEVEN aprons I am sewing for the girls'teachers.
